Fire Syrup Spicy Margarita

Fire Syrup Spicy Margarita

Sweet heat meets citrus with a kick.

This spicy margarita brings Fire Syrup into the mix for balance, brightness, and undeniable flavor.

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 oz Fire Syrup

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 2 oz tequila

  • Ice

  • Optional: Salt or chili-lime seasoning for the rim

  • Garnish: Lime wheel, jalapeño slice (optional)

🛠 Instructions

  1. Rim the glass (optional).
Rub a lime wedge around your glass rim, then dip in salt or chili-lime seasoning if you want an extra layer of flavor.

  2. Mix the cocktail.
In a shaker filled with ice, combine:
    • 2 oz tequila
    • 1 oz Fire Syrup
    • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  3. Shake well.
Shake vigorously until everything is nicely chilled and blended.

  4. Strain & serve.
Strain into your rimmed glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel or jalapeño slice if you like a visual pop.

  5. Adjust to taste.
If it’s too spicy, add a little more lime or a touch of simple syrup. Want more heat? Drop a jalapeño slice or leave seeds in.

🎯 Pro Tips & Variations

  • Use good-quality tequila (blanco or reposado) to let the Fire Syrup shine.

  • For extra heat, muddle a thin jalapeño slice (with or without seeds) in the shaker before adding ice.

  • Try roasting or charring the lime halves briefly to deepen the citrus flavor.

  • Scale this up for a pitcher version: multiply ingredients by number of servings, mix, and serve over ice.

  • Swap Fire Syrup for a mango- or pineapple-based syrup for a tropical twist.
